This Prestonpans garden is on our treatment and maintenance plan, front and back. When the lawns need feeding, we feed them. When we see weeds, we spray them. And when the grass is growing too fast, we slow it down so it doesn’t race away between cuts. Both lawns are thick, dark green and striped now, and they’ll stay that way as long as the plan keeps running.

Both front and rear lawns were tired. Thin grass, bare patches worn in where the kids play, and weeds coming through front and back.

Feeding when the grass needs nutrition, spraying the weeds when we see them, and slowing the growth when it's running away, so it stays even between cuts.

Front and back both came back dense enough to stripe. The plan keeps running, so they hold through the season instead of sliding back.

This might be our favourite turnaround yet. This front lawn in Musselburgh was covered in yellow weeds, with clover coming through. No new turf and no reseeding, just treatments and cutting on our treatment and maintenance plan. Now it's thick, green, clear of weeds and takes a proper stripe. Being on the plan has well and truly paid off.

Even with these lawns full of moss at the start, we managed to swing them round over the season with regular treatments and cutting. No re-turfing, just the right treatments at the right time and a mower on them all season.
