Lawn CareLawn Care in Archerfield
We did a little repair work on these lovely lawns at Archerfield, near North Berwick, back in March, sorting out the bare, worn patches. They've been on our treatment and maintenance plan ever since and they're improving by the week. Now they're thick, green and taking a proper stripe right across the garden.

Lawn CareLawn Care in Musselburgh
This might be our favourite turnaround yet. This front lawn in Musselburgh was covered in yellow weeds, with clover coming through. No new turf and no reseeding, just treatments and cutting on our treatment and maintenance plan. Now it's thick, green, clear of weeds and takes a proper stripe. Being on the plan has well and truly paid off.

Lawn CareLawn Care in Newbattle
Even with these lawns full of moss at the start, we managed to swing them round over the season with regular treatments and cutting. No re-turfing, just the right treatments at the right time and a mower on them all season.

Lawn CareLawn Care in Penicuik
Look at the difference in this lawn in Penicuik. It was flat and patchy, with thin spots showing through. Some good quality fertiliser and a bit of TLC later, it's thick, green and takes a proper stripe. No new turf, just the right feed and regular care.

Lawn CareLawn Care in Auchendinny
This garden in Auchendinny has certainly improved since we took it on to our treatment and maintenance plan in March. Front and back were thin and patchy, with bare spots showing through. Now both lawns are thick, green and striped, and the plan keeps them that way through the year.

TurfingTurfing in Trinity
A small turfing job we completed in Trinity during the week. The old planters and sleepers came out, the existing lawn was ripped up, and we brought in about 4 tonnes of rootzone to get the levels better before the new turf went down.

Lawn CareLawn Renovation in Musselburgh
These photos are just a few weeks apart. This Musselburgh lawn was typical of a new build: weeds, moss and sparse grass. Sometimes it's best just to get some new grasses in there, so we mixed seed through topdressing sand and spread it across the lawn. A few weeks on it's thick, green and striped, and it'll only improve over the next few weeks and thicken right up for the winter.

Lawn CareLawn Turnaround in Gilmerton
There are only five weeks between these photos. We took this Gilmerton garden on to our treatment and maintenance plan, and with just a few cuts and a couple of treatments the front and back lawns are already thicker, greener and mostly clear of weeds. It's obviously not perfect yet, but it'll only keep improving while we're visiting. These plans all run over 12 months, so it's never too late to sign up.

Lawn CareLawn Turnaround in Wallyford
We only took this Wallyford lawn on in July. It had got away from the owner: long, seedy grass with weeds coming through and no stripe left in it. A few visits later, with regular cutting to bring the height back down, feeding to thicken it up and weed treatment as things appeared, it's dense, green and striped. Two months, a handful of visits, and it's a different garden.

Lawn CareLawn Care in Wallyford
This Wallyford lawn came to us rough and uneven, coarse tufts and clumps sitting proud with thin ground showing between them. It's on our treatment and maintenance plan now: fed on a schedule, weeds treated as they appear, and cut regularly so the growth stays even instead of running away in lumps. It's level and striped from end to end these days, and the plan is what keeps it there.

Lawn CareLawn Care in Prestonpans
This Prestonpans garden is on our treatment and maintenance plan, front and back. When the lawns need feeding, we feed them. When we see weeds, we spray them. And when the grass is growing too fast, we slow it down so it doesn't race away between cuts. Both lawns are thick, dark green and striped now, and they'll stay that way as long as the plan keeps running.

Lawn CareLawn Care in Gilmerton
We took this Gilmerton lawn over in April. The front garden was patchy, thin and full of weeds. Since then it has been on our treatment and maintenance plan: feeding, weed control and regular cutting through the season. A few months later it is thick, green and striped. Plans run over 12 months, and it is never too late in the year to start.

TurfingTurfing in Tranent
A small turfing job in Tranent. The front garden was bare, stony ground with a young tree in the middle of it. We prepared the ground and laid fresh turf right up to the driveway and the stone border, cutting a clean circle around the tree. As normal, we came back to give it its first cut and make sure everything was as it should be.

Lawn CareLawn Renovation in Dalkeith
This Dalkeith lawn was full of coarse grasses and mare's tail, one of the hardest weeds to shift once it takes hold. Rather than lift the lawn and re-turf, we killed the whole thing off, scarified the life out of it, then topdressed and overseeded. Four weeks on it had come back as a brand new lawn, at around a quarter of what a full re-turf would have cost.

TurfingTurfing in Kirkliston
A turfing job completed in Kirkliston. We uplifted the old lawn, levelled it out using rootzone and replaced it with premium turf. The after photos are just two weeks on.

Lawn CareLawn Renovation in Prestonpans
We renovated this Prestonpans lawn in September and by late October it was already seeing the rewards: from patchy, tired and full of weeds to thick green stripes. It joined our popular treatment and maintenance plan straight after the renovation, and it has only improved since.

Lawn CareLawn Renovation in Loanhead
These Loanhead lawns were full of moss and thatch, thin on top and struggling underneath. We scarified the lot out, topdressed to level and feed the soil, and overseeded for fresh growth. The difference speaks for itself: both lawns came back thick, green and striped. They are now on our treatment and maintenance plan to keep them in prime condition.

Lawn CareLawn Care in Rosewell
Just one treatment and three weeks separate these photos. This Rosewell new-build lawn was pale and patchy; one matched feed and weed treatment later it came back green, thick and growing evenly. The client has now joined our treatment and maintenance plan, so it will only improve from here.

Lawn CareLawn Care in Port Seton
This Port Seton lawn came to us in a sorry state, thin, patchy and struggling. The client joined our treatment and maintenance plan, and with regular feeds, weed control and scheduled visits the turnaround took about a month. The photos tell it best: the first is where we started, the second is the same lawn a month or so later.

TurfingTurfing in Eskbank
A small turfing job in Eskbank, finished in lovely weather. Around 8 to 9 tonnes of rootzone went in as the base, topped with an upgraded turf to finish the garden off.

TurfingTurfing in Bonnyrigg
A full dig out, around 7 tonnes of rootzone brought in as the base, and fresh turf laid on top. This Bonnyrigg lawn's now on our treatment and maintenance plan to keep it in good shape all year.

TurfingTurfing in East Calder
This East Calder garden came with a leftover pile from the previous landscapers who laid the paving, and a lawn shape that didn't make the most of the space. We cleared the spoil, dug the lawn a better shape, brought in our usual rootzone as a subbase and laid fresh turf. Another happy client.

TurfingTurfing in Whitecraig
This Whitecraig garden was ready for a fresh start. We stripped out the tired old lawn, prepped the ground and laid 165m² of fresh turf. What a difference a day makes.
